When you're drinking that salt water, try nuking it for a minute or 2, then when you drink it imagine that it is chicken soup (without the chicken, of course!) - it works for me. Then before you know it, an hour later - you'll feel so much lighter.
Well this is day 2 for me - I'm not disciplined really, but I feel motivated about looking good for the holidays. The article on Robin Quivers piqued my curiosity, then when I bought the book (MC), I was convinced that this was for me. What I like about this diet, is that it is rather simple and I can follow it and noone (around me) really has to know (except hubby, of course.). I have done just about every type of diet and what I really don't need, from family and friends, is the whole 'here she goes again' attitude. And if I cave in at any point, I'll just start up again and noone will know expect me, my hubby and you fine people of the forum, of course! Have a great day and good luck on your 1st day!
