Saywhatagain, I'm just saying what the bible says. The bible doesn't call unbelievers children of God. But it does call believers children of God.

John 1:12
But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
13who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

If we were all children of God regardless of whether we believed or not, then that scripture would have no meaning.

Yes God did create all people and all things, but only the elect are the children of God.
