More on we are not gods

Hi Rainy and others. I think the scripture is quite clear.

John 10:34 Jesus answered them, is it not written in you law, I said, Ye are gods?

Then the following scripture basically says exactly who is being referred to as gods in that scripture:

10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken...

So basically Christ is saying in these scriptures, the people that God sent his word to were referred to as gods. Yes it could have been judges if the direct word of God came to them. From there, you can interpret it to the best of your understanding, but it is clear that Jesus Himself said the ones referred to in this scripture are the ones to whom the word of God came.
