I am officially diagnosed

Saw GI today... the doctor was from India or the middle east. I went through my time line and sequence of events and current symptoms, how symptoms progresses, past treatment efforts, showed the million photos I have and he consulted with another doctor there and then he said "oh dear...yes, you definitely have a worm problem".
He was unsure whether to prescribe Albenza or Vermox... but decided on Albenza. They wrote me another Rx for a P&O test... said it's better to collect samples in the morning??? And gave me a prescription for 400mg. One dose. WTF? I'm like... i have already had like, 6 doses of this and I still have my "worm problem". They said it's how its prescribed to adults. Children are prescribed it twice a day for a week or 2, but adults just one dose.
Seriously?? They'd like to see me back in a week and also said i need to have the p&o stool test repeated for my kids
My diagnosis: "fecal worms"
Come back in one week.
Ughhhh
