Hi guys, I know it's long time since last post but i would like to know if there is any change in your cortisol levels?

I just started taking Seriphos it has some mild calming effect but nothing extraordinary yet...I'm taking it for month already.

Is here anybody who has successfuly finished 2 or 3 months Seriphos cycle and now their cortisol curve is normal?
