Your running on overdrive in the morning and lunch time, so you are using up your reserves and causing a catabloic state - excess cortisol eats muscle etc.

Try to bring that cortisol curve down in the morning, you can look into a product called Seriphos to lower cortisol and reset the HPA axis, and then support you system with Vitamin C, B5, magnesium etc. Cortisol Manager is also a good product.Try this for a few months and see how you get on. I would also do morning yoga and meditation to bring down those levels and reprogramme your body into parasympathetic state.
