I have never heard nor used those other products, you would need to do your own research on them, but I would be very weary of shot gunning random products, especially adaptagens. You want to heal naturally.

You also didnt answer the question about pharma meds - be careful as if you are on benzos like valium or xanax or the Z drugs like Ambien, many adaptagens like Ashawaganda, holy basic, relora - all found in the those products you mentioned will bind the the same gaba sites as benzos. It will feel awesome at first and knock you out cold, but it will be EXTREMELY detrimental. Trust me, I have been there.

You might also find the morning high cortisol is actually down to the pharma meds. These are a massive consideration, and many with advanced AF ended up here from use of pharma meds, in fact your whole problem might be down to them if you took them before this started?
