Ok, this is a big thing. What pharmas have you been taking? because each one of them, benzos more cause terrible damage to your brain and system that takes a while to repair.
After two years of suffering from AF I went down the pharma route, ended up on benzos for two months, and ive been in benzo withdrawal since january. AF is a walk in the park compared to benzo withdrawal! You need to take pharma meds into consideration...you will never heal while taking pharma meds - they adjust the body to work on their fake reality, you become dependant, in tolerance, your liver and brain get stacked up with chemicals and metals. Its terrible. But conslt your doctor if you choose to come off any meds because cold turkey is dangerous, as I found. If your on a benzo, check out the benzo buddies website before withdrawing.
I think you should purchase Dr Lams book for nutritional support, he will advise you what dosages at what times for what symptoms etc if you are convinced you have AF.
In the meantime you can start of minimal dosages, like 400mg of b5, 400mg of magnesium tiwce a day AM and noon, Seriphos maybe 2 at 6/7, 2 at 8/9 and 2 at 12 - but only you can decide this dose based on the results you get. Its the dark art of listening to your body, seeing effects and changes and adjusting anything to suit. Seriphos and adrencalm are on the same as I said, so I personally, do both.
Yoga and meditation - everyday and leave off any other strenuous excercise
