Griz, if on the page of your link, you click on Oligotherapie of drugs at the left menu you will have another page where are produced pictures of oligoelements they produce, scrolling little bit down you will find Granion Selenium that s what I am taking for ages already.

Inside the box are 30 ampullas (thials), google leaves a french word "ampoules" untranslated. Each ampulla contains 1 mg of selenium in water suspension. All what is necessary to be done, is to break both ends of the ampulla of 2 ml and pour it in a glass of water, then fill with a little bit of watter and drink. I swish it little bit in the mouth and swallow very slowly, I am doing it for years without any problem.
