well it's interesting you mention that. I often spit out thick white mucous. i think my symptoms are much better though, because I dont have nearly as much sinus trouble, and my tongue is on the whole much pinker than the norm. i was drinking quite a bit though while i was traveling for work. now things have calmed down and im mostly paleo.

that said, it's not like i was doing much different when i was not shedding....
