Granions of Selenium are produced by them, each ampulla (phial) contains 0.960 mg of selenium and is just necessary to mix it with a little bit of watter.
At the beginning of candidose cure it is advised to use 2 of them per day, (which is enormous comparatively to 50 mcg per day) for a week or two, then 1 ampulla per day for a month or two, all depends how severe candidose is.
I use 1 ampulla per week for years, at least 5-6, just to have enougn of Se, they are odourless, very easy and quick to use.
You can find maybe an equivalent of this colloidal selenium in ampullas in the States.
As with the Iodine supplementation, at the beginning the quantities of Selenium seem enormous, almost 2 mg per day for a week or two, then 1 mg for a month or two, but very efficace to get rid of candidose.
