Re: Liquid vs pills

not wrong, just behind the learning curve. i cant lose a license so i am not nearly as encumbered in what i say.

if you want all Iodide you can take Lugols and put it in orange juice. if you want a good dose of Iodine you can take just Iodide and take it on an empty stomach with water only and the oxygen and acid in the stomach will break the KI bond and release elemental iodine.

the Iodine docs are treating disease. helping the body with more elemental is always a good idea but essential for FBD, PCOS and dibetes and cancer and all manner of things. if one can, beginning with Lugols (or some other form of elemental) is best. or start with KI only due to its gentleness and as one gets experience, try some elemental form.

the only hard and fast rule for taking Iodine is to take enough every day. thats what people need to do.

as i understand the KI molecule and how it functions biologically, they are present as a transport mechanism for one another. the body can do the rest (unimpeded by other halogens).

the ENTIRE reason for so much daily iodine is halogen imbalance. we are under chemical attack. its that simple. just like the elemental species in Lugols DOES NOT EXIST IN NATURE (so how could it be essential?), neither do teflon, stainmaster, fire retardants and a host of other chemicals supposedly making our living a better experience. mad scientists, all. insane killers, in fact.
