yes i do think that. 100mg minimum petains to Lugols only. to equal that using SSKI you need 133mg of KI. but the Iodine in KI is not as readily available as elemental so plenty of it should be taken. for iodide, i put the minimum dose at a quarter of a gram, if i have to. normally i just tell people to take a dropper full and if they like that try two. lol thats about 600mg per dropperful. those not saturated with modern polutants should fair very well. dr ayers sarsaparilla tonic provided 750mg KI per fluid ounce of tonic. everybody and their kid sister took this stuff for well over half a century.

basically, people need time to take Iodine and sort out their immediate needs and then maintenance. this is highly individual and totally at the discretion of the person supplementing. the minimums i give are the minimums for best results.
