I also take 4 drops of
Lugols 5% a day as a mouthwash & gargle for my stinkin breath.
I have documented the 3 starting dosage theories here. Tiny,Small & 100mg with testimonials. I do not know which will work best for you. Everyone is so different.

Your thyroid is likely to be a problem with your doctor. It is my experience that doctors can't find a thyoid problem unless it bites them in the nose. At issue are the blood tests they give. It is vital to chart your body temperature as the PRIMARY indicator of thyroid problems. Your thyroid's main task is to regulate your metabolism (body temp). So if you body temp is too low, you have thyroid problems regardless of what your doctor says. If your body temp is too high then you need to lower your thyroid meds.
If he refuses to work with you on your body temp, then find a new doc.
