oh man you're a lifesaver!!!! Thank you sooo much. I was thinking of mixing 1 drop of Lugols with 4 drops of my oil cleansing method oils. I read that it doesn't stain the skin that way. I need that for my face. For the jock itch I'll paint it straight up.
