You are young, you can jump on the Liver Flush with no preparation.

Tha fact you so easily got jock's itch means just one thing: you have a major candida problem in your gut.

Anyway, Liver Flush helps for both.

You mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom Salt with 3 cups of water, and share the mix into 4 equal cups.

At 6pm & 8pm you drink the first two cups.
Stay close to a toilet. Don't fart.

Mix 1/2 cup of olive oil ( Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil ) with 2/3 cup of fresh grapefruit juice and drink it at 10pm. Sleep until 6am.

At 6am & 8am you drink the last two cups with epsom.
End of story.

Stay close to a toilet next 4-6 hours. Don't fart unless you are sitting on a toilet. If you think its fart, it is not, its liquid poo.

Forget all other complicated procedures and just jump on ot.
