You can paint Lugols Iodine on your skin
You can paint Lugols Iodine on your skin, especially where you have jocks itch, it will cure it in 24 - 48 hours.
Use 2% Lugols Iodine.
Paint it once a day. It will color your skin purple, but just for abut 36 hours, until skin absorbs the iodine.
Iodine is great for any skin infections.
You don't have to mix it with oil.
