I don't know what my odor is like but sometimes I get a whiff of a rotten garbage scent or a rotten food or a dirty, wet rug.

My diet is bad prior to my fruit and veg diet. I eat processed foods for breaifast: ham, spam, bacon, hotdogs, eggs...with lots of white rice. I eat fat, fried pork for lunch and dinner every single day. I rarely eat fish but I also eat fried chicken.

I have high salt , high vinegar diet. I also use lots of soysauce. I like hot and spicey meals.
It's that bad
