Re: Not experiencing energy benefits of iodine

Bless, and good luck!
B's are a big part of the puzzle, i think support with the other cofactors (benfotiamine as newport mentioned), p5p, metafolin in small doses, b12, et, might help after the parasite cleanse.
B12 and b9 keep the methylation cycle going, b3 shuts it down, that's one of the reasons it's so good before bed.
Metafolin's the variety of b9 that doesn't require processing in the liver
Sadly true, antipsychotics are stuff the liver has to deal with

Jarrow's b-right does a decent formulation on the aforementioned B's

Lithium orotate or aspartate in tablet/capsule cutdowns are neuroprotective and may help with the bipolar moodswings ( helps induce calm)

Mk7 requires liver processing, try browing resent threads from ferventerer on the subject and see k-vitamins.com for data. Have read here that much higher intakes of mk4 have an antidepressive, very beneficial effect. Also see vit a to d ratios, 5:1 of A to D reccommended to me recently, is also in recent threads. Impaired liver needs retinyl palminate or acetate, best is reported to be fermented cod liver oil because of the high EFA content & absobtion rate.
