I agree, Id start looking at stuff like B12 (abd12 and methylb12) and SAMe as well. A lot of the B's have a profound effect on mood, energy, nerve signaling etc.

You may want to considering upping potassium intake if you jump on high B12 as well unless you get a LOT from diet alone, which most people dont.
