Re: Not experiencing energy benefits of iodine

B12 sublinguals in general do work but how well seems to vary a lot by maker and type of B12. B12 sublinguals is actually one of the few supplements I actually have gotten quantitative results from in my athletic performance, my ability to sleep soundly and my daily HRV readings.

However I am also taking upwards of a combined 80mg of adb12 and methylb12 subliminally by letting the tabs dissolve between cheek and gum which is usually more than an hour per dose.

If in doubt about your B12 levels get them checked via labs. Just note the low end considered normal in the US (if thats where your at) is very low compared to most of the world.

Personally I would avoid anything but orally with tablets because of the fillers and such. If you want to go transdermal or nasal I would try and source pure methylb12 powder.
