I'm careful with honey since it's a perfect way to get a blood Sugar spike. Love it to bits though! ;)
Sounds oh-so-familiar of a diet to me, I'm on my second year of a 3-4 month stint on paleo, meats in the morning, veg and fruit and stuff in the evening. It works nice!
Both hubby and I have experienced some levels of allergy correction on vit D3 after several months,
though I have a bit more faith in the A-D-K2 relationship Fervy's been explaining.
No matter how much info I eat up, there's always more!
