Re: Not experiencing energy benefits of iodine
its ok, you'll get a bunch of people springing their idea about what you should do, without knowing much about you, and it can be confusing to be flooded with so many suggestions. Recently, someone wrote about their sick cat, or dog, whatever on here, and there were like 20 postings of different suggestions. The problem is, if one person really knows what they're talking about writes something, it gets mixed in with 19 other suggestions and is diluted as being just another posting. Like, in a "democracy", the drunk at the bus stop's vote counts just as much as the learned professor emeritus. Sorry if i ickee ya a bit, I don't mean any harm. Lots of folk on the internet are bored and want to sound smart to them selves, maybe they get off if people like them on internet cuz in life they got none, whatever. Just watch out for "guru" know-it-all types I guess and follow those two simple ideas: 1) get nutritions foods you need; and 2) don't put toxins in your body (most "food" in the stores. That's common sense but many don't follow it, else the poison in the stores wouln't have such a huge following. Forget the weird stuff, like "orange juice only " diet, or paleo diet, etc. Ginagirl is good if you can get a piece of her time. It could be tough for you , or it could be easy, depends on your mind mostly.
