K2 Mk4 only stays in the body for about 4 to 5 hours but is used very effectively by the body; it is extracted from the tobacco plant but is molecularly the exact same as the K2 mk4 found in butter oil.

The very small amount of micrograms of K2 mk7 floats around in the body for up to 3 days. I am convinced that the GOOD qualities of MK4 have been transposed to MK7. I believe that K2 mk7 has to be turned into K2 mk4 to be of use by the human body.

K2 MK4 changed my life. I have NEVER felt anything from K2 mk7.
