Re: cold a symptom of iodine detox, sole for salt loading?
I'm a little surprised the forum isn't named FWT, since it's you, Wombat and Trapper I've read the most authorative posts from recently. ;)
Staying at the 3,000 - 1,000 IU level with D3 has been a change I've made this year, and only got retinol palminate on monday last week.
I did see results about four months ago that high vit D levels over a 4 month test of just under 300 people proved that high blood D3 levels did not give hypercalcemia (blood tests showed that the calcium regulation stayed nicely under the threshold of hypercalcemia, < 9.1 )
Pancreatic progenitor cells as in cells for Beta cell formation, or less specifically?
I'm feeling like rolling my dice in the 5:1 A to D ratio + high K2 corner myself, for this year. Why not, after all? Likely with pulse dosing.
That is my frustration too- there is no brains behind testing nutrients like drugs. Shortsighted and highly damadging.
