Re: cold a symptom of iodine detox, sole for salt loading?

Hi all,

Niacin never helped my triglycerides at all whereas D3 lowered my triglycerides from 475 to 84 in several weeks as proven by blood tests.

as to the off topic subjects of K2 and D3:

I have been taking k2 mk4 for well over 5 years approaching 6 years.

K2 mk4 must be supplemented with the D3, and magnesium too. K2 requires some vitamin A.

K2 mk7 does nothing for my libido, sinuses, or silky smooth teeth and gums as k2 mk4 does.

K2 mk4 absolutely removes calcium from soft tissue including all arteries of the heart, neck, and legs, etc…

The type of K2 is MK4.I typically take 1 to 2 MILLIgrams of K2 three times a day with a teaspoon of coconut oil with or without meals. My wife likes virgin olive oil with the K2 mk4. Make sure you take a good type magnesium supplement like magnesium malate or magnesium glycinate.

As to how much k2 Nk4 one should take with their D3 Dr. Kruse recommends:

Dr. Kruse,

When I see a low Vitamin D levels I usually tell the person with bad bones, a bad heart or bad teeth to increase their vitamin K2 200mcgs for every 1000 IU of D3 they are supplementing. This is the magic that helps them “begin” to rehydrate.

For every increase of 10 micrograms in the amount of vitamin K2 consumed daily, the risk of developing coronary heart disease (CHD) drops by 9 percent. This statistic was noted as a result of a cohort study from the Netherlands evaluating the dietary vitamin K intakes of 16,057 post-menopausal women and their association with the incidence of CHD. Many people/doctors seem unaware of this data.
