Re: Candida diet, already super skinny- really work

Hey there :)

I'd be happy to help. I know how this can ruin a life, so the more people who better understand how to regain their health the better.

First and foremost, there are too links that you should look into to getter a better understanding of what we're dealing with.

This explains the real issues that cause and exacerbate digestive issues and lead to overgrowth of harmful bacteria and yeast.

Basically, our intestines are a big tubing system, and when we eat lots of meat and things that have no fiber, it lays putrifying in the gut, and candida, the cleanup crew of our body, goes to work feeding on all of this matter.

The problem with the candida diet is that it only addresses the Sugar issue... and it never addresses the overgrowths true food source, dead and decaying food and organic matter... think fungus and mushrooms growing and decomposing dead trees.

So basically what I did was this. I was at a point where I needed ALOT of calories to maintain my weight early in July... like 3000 kcal of avocados, oils, beans, veggies, and have been able to be satiated and cut back on what I'm eating as I've been cleaning out my colon, as my digestion is improving, and I'm taking in more of what I'm eating.

Two products were God sends.

First, the herbal laxative that shakes off the dead and decaying mucoid plaque and matter.

Cascara Sagrada: Then...

The fiber/herbal mix to move the matter OUT.

ABC Bulk Aerobic Cleanse: I have been taking 1T a day since July.

Now, I would start slow. Start changing around your diet and start on the laxative... The worst foods to eat for your digestion are dairy and meat. What I did was go to mainly raw frozen or fresh brocolli and greens beans/peppers/etc etc... and enough black beans, pinto beans, etc for carbs.. Also making sure you get Nutritional Yeast for the B vitamins is very important when going vegan, because you aren't eating meat.

It took a few months to start really getting alot of plaque out, but now I am passing stuff that's been in my colon and small intestines for years in every BM... along with yeast colonies, which were hiding behind the plaque...

So keys:

1) Go vegan, and make sure you're eating enough to stay full
2) Incorporate Coconut Oil (a few T) into your diet and any other healthy oils, avocados if weight is an issue
3) I would avoid grains at this point, but legumes are fine and have lots of fiber to push things through

At first the gas will be a lot. You may feel like it's getting worst, but it does before it gets better. I basically have no gas now whatsoever no matter what I'm eating (still vegan of course), but it takes a while... eating fermented foods that are raw is key, but you may want to wait until you clean your colon for a while.

I would also look into Bragg's Raw Apple Cider Vinegar.. it will help with hunger, digestion, is an antifungal, and helps dissolve and loosen plaque.

Any more questions, let me know :)

PS: It's scarey to change things drastically, but if I didn't I'd be in big trouble or worse right now. I'm now having 3 good bms a day with the laxative and Cleanse, but it will take a while to get my intestines exercised enough to do this on their own.

Good luck and let me know if you need any help.
