Re: New miracle nutrient for AF sufferers!

Well I think that's what all these alternative medicine diagnoses (like 'AF', chronic candida, chronic lyme, and even most parasite diagnoses) really are; the symptoms of malnutrition do to prolonged under-eating.

Follow all the links in my OP and see my other threads in the AF debate section to see all the Science and evidence that "AF" is not a real condition, but a misdiagnosis of malnutrition. The mainstream medical community doesn't accept it as a real condition.

I also found that to be the case of so-called "Chronic Candida" too, not a real condition, but a misdiagnosis of malnutrition (the minor candida infections are real though):

And with parasites, even though they are real, I think most people have also been misdiagnosed with them and are really suffering from malnutrition instead, because malnutrition can cause symptoms of itching and crawling sensations and all the zillions of symptoms listed by parasite supplement websites that they blame on parasites all the same symptoms of malnutrition:

So with that, I'd highly advise you get a confirmation by a real medical doctor before you assume you might have parasites. Don't trust most alternative doctors that say you "probably" do and try to sell you their supplements. That's just my recommendation.

I also recommend you get a glucose meter and check your blood Sugar if you think it goes too high or low just to make sure it actually is so you are not misdiagnosing yourself with that too.

You're definitely on the right path to healing though by knowing the problems of not getting enough carbs & calories, eating too much fats with carbs, and acknowledging your extreme malnutrition background. As hard as it might be to get used to eating the amount of calories recommended for your age and gender, just try to keep doing that best you can with that and don't get down on yourself if you have a temporary setback. As you said, it may take some time for your body to heal from years of abuse, but once you start feeling better, that should motivate you to keep climbing the latter.

And I mostly follow Raw Till 4 too! :)
