I agree as well Purplepixie,
I do well eating fruits but also have to eat complex carbs like rice, potaotes, legumes, so 80/10/10 on raw fruitarianism I wont recommend it.
I went on a paleo diet with high fat and protein and low carb, it first helped me because I stopped eating junk food however as time went by I started to feel with no energy (chronic fatigue). When I started eating fruits again my health improved then I added complex carbs and everything has been better.
At least for me a diet high on protein/fat and low on carbs did not work, also I believe there is alot of misleading info on the web, people start talking about how we enjoyed great heath when we were hunter gatherers but in reality nobody knows that, there are even different theories.
