Re: Everything I've learned about adrenal fatigue...

Response to Hveragerthi

The OP is right Gluconeogenesis happens when there is not enough carbs for the body to convert to glucose. We could go in circles debating this but neither of you are wrong in terms of what causes it and the effects that happen as a result

As far as cholesterol being a bad thing this is really outdated and id point to the book "cholesterol con" for clarity. Check pubmed there is a research paper showing old aged people who consumed food high in cholesterol actually lowered their own cholesterol.

Not surprisingly only recently doctors are saying saturated fats are not so bad after all and that it might just be the transfats causing the issue, surprise, surprise.

People with low adrenals can be anemic and suffer with absorbing certain minerals and vitamins of which Liver has high amounts of!

Low adrenal states lower Vitamin C levels, this is essential in making any iron consumed bio available.

To my knowledge the only way a vitamin can become toxic and prevent the body from processing or eliminating it would be synthetic vitamins their the only form that has been studied to cause this. Doesn't make synthetic vitamins bad but you would need to pay more attention to detail to prevent side affects.

Just another nail in the coffin to set aside fears eating liver will cause you more issues than good which is entirely WRONG.

In response to the OP im certain some where you mentioned you only consume Phenylalanine / L-tyrosine once a week in supplement form but why not eat raw meat once a week as this would have several more benefits.
