Phosphatidyl serine is commonly prescribed by MDs and NDs for high cortisol, but it seems to be very hard on the body.

I see no reason to use PS when adaptogenic herbs are safer and more effective.

No point in guessing around until you get your saliva results. However, the low aldosterone and low serotonin/melatonin would seem to point to low cortisol, in my opinion.
