I tried food grade DE alongside Humaworm and felt like I had good results. Unfortunately it is only a one month cleanse and the interim period is a minimum of 3 months. I still have several weeks before I even consider trying it again. As for the DE I'm not so how effective it is on its own. I continued to take it after the cleanse but noticed the reemergence of symptoms gradually. But these symptoms were far mitigated compared to my previous state.
