After walking into work and seeing how misserable the people look and how much they hate the new japanese owners and knowing all my best friends have quit in the past 6 months and the new owners state clearly 120+ will be fired within the next year, all the employees HATE the place. I told the plant manager that not one employee wants to work here and he agreed. The japanese will grind the factory into the ground to eliminate the UAW union, Honda/Nisson/Toyota all have a hand in it, they all use fake american parts via this factory, no longer are 900 employees needed to make the American Parts, now 150 can take Japanese parts and repackage into american boxes and screw the USA out of tax money and lie to the consumer and say the car was X amount of american made parts. My job as a plater loader is heading to the dumper, along with many of the old jobs, at my age I do not want to learn another factory job and I can say I have never worked for the Japanese. I had an interveiw with the HONDA Motorcycle plant when only 25 people were working there, I was 20 years old and they turned me down and black balled my name, all Honda owned/controlled plants in our area all returned my applications stating they did not want anyone of my qualifications; they never seen me, they were all hooked to the HONDA computer system that was enslaving the people of central Ohio in co-operation with the governor of ohio. The Japanese way of employment is probably one of the most evil ways on earth. PBS has shown documentaries on the Japanese black-balling system that used fear to control their people. By quiting, I can say I have never owned a Japanese car or worked for the Japanese for more than 1 day.
