For topical help with your acne. Consider stopping your topicals and adding a few drops of an oil as a moisturizer:Specifically a HIGH LINOLEIC acid oil, to improve the linoleic content of your sebum (this makes sebum flowy and not sticky). People with Acne are often deficient in linoleic acid. Don't take my word for it, go search at acne.org and google linoleic acid deficiency and Acne (cystic and otherwise). Stop stripping your skin with pro-active and BP. Use warm water and a scrubby cloth and a gentle natural toner. Then moisturize with a few drops of HIGH LINOLEIC oil such as cold-pressed hemp seed, sunflower or safflower oil. This will help you fake it till you make it, internally, that is! Check out linoleic acid on acne.org. Be sure any oil you use has a high linoleic content or it wont work to clear acne. You need to use it for several months before you will notice a big difference. Protect your acid mantle. BP is harming your gut too. I can't use BP topically at ALL anymore as it totally inflames my gut/immune condition. http://practicalbohemianbeauty.blogspot.com/p/clearing-clogged-pores-recipes-...
