Please if you have a leaky gut, coconut products are too cleansing for some guts. It can just rip holes in gut lining. Use coconut with caution. My Dr. does not allow any coconut on my gut healing protocol. Only grass-butter and animal fats. I realize this does not go over well with the raw/vegan camp. But paleo has a good track record for clearing acne. (minus the coconut for some)
