From what I know now, I think "AF" is just a collection of symptoms of malnutrition mostly due to under-eating and most people still believe you have to calorie-restrict in order to lose weight and a lot of eating disorders start when people are overweight, so I think it was appropriate to add it to the AF section also. Your last part, I don't think you can be fully healthy and fat at the same time. I'm trying to share information how to lose weight without starving yourself and how to eat in abundance to slim down because I think most people are here at this forum because they became malnourished from either under-eating, or eating a diet too high in empty calorie non-nutritious junk food.
