Wow.....that is an UNBELIEVABLE change of opinion in 11-days.
It’s cool that you can change your opinion so quickly....truely amazing.
But since it looks like you latest opinion is that AF doesn’t exist.....maybe this is the wrong place for you to look for answers to your health problems.
Come to think....you have NEVER asked anyone for an opinion or have asked anyone for help.
Can you give a me a link where you have said something like
"Hey guys....does anyone else else have the following symptom”
You have never asked anyone else for their opinion. This is highly unusual behaviour for someone who apparently is looking for answers to their adrenal fatigue.

Well...I'm not sure how anything I posted would be considered an attack. You called me a Big Idiot at one point...that is an attack.
I do see that you have indeed posted a few things in the past looking for the advice of others, which is nice to see.
Since your more recent posts are that you don't believe in AF exists, maybe this is not the place you will find your answers.
If you look at all the arguments you have going on at the moment, I am not sure why you stick around. All that stress is not helping whatever your health problem is.
If one person is arguing with multiple people....it is usually a good sign that they are in the wrong place.

Why do you not want me to post here when you agree starvation is a cause of GAS, which you believe is AF, and I'm the ONLY person warning people about starvation being a possible cause of "AF"?
I would still like you to answer these:
Who is saying that GAS is that same thing as Adrenal Fatigue? A link would be helpful.
You said in another post: "Stage 3...Adrenal Glands begin to collapse."
I would like to see the Science that proves this.

This is a reply to # 2,083,235It's true that the medical profession don't recognize AF - unitl it gets bad enough fo rthme to diagnose you with Cusgings or Addisons. It's just a mtter of degree. I had abnormal syncathen tests, but not abornal enough to have Addisons. Doc reckons it's fine to suffer from dizziness, nausea and vomiting when a bit stressed (like when trying to clean the hosue) as long as you don't have a detectable tumor or fall way outside the normal ranges on blood tests.

Ps If medical Dr's would have believed in AF...then I would not be suffering from Addison's Disease today Dr after Dr for 14 years kept telling me it was something else..
. I was not born with it...it was a long process that was being ignored by DR's becasue they are not taught by drug companies to diagnose AF..I wish I knew then what I know now.
Wait once the Drug companies get a hold of AF every other Dr will be giving pills out like candy..
Plus if most of use ate the way you want us to would surely get diabetes...most AF people suffer from Insulin Resistance.

This is a reply to # 2,083,229Hi Marie, don't get me wrong, I don't believe in a lot of conventional medicine's methods to treating illness, or that them saying certain conditions can't be cured. That's what steered me towards alternative medicine. I just think alternative medicine has gotten way out of control, kinda like that saying the more things change, the more they stay the same. The only prescription medicines I've ever recommended to people at this forum where ones for the people who think they have certain types of parasites and all the natural methods they've tried haven't worked according to them.
About the high-carb/low-carb diet advice I recommend, I researched it a lot before trying it then advocating it and I don't remember seeing any who complained about developing diabetes from it. I've seen a lot of people saying it healed them of it though.

You seem to be making the mistake a lot of people make in that the straw that broke the camel's back is what you think is the sole source of the problem. Let's do a test then. I disagree with this, so the only way to find out is if we test it by getting all in the AF and NB section to first post how many calories they are currently averaging, then start eating the amounts recommended to be active for their ages. Are you willing? I am.
