Adrenal insufficiency doesn't happen overnight...one day they're working and the next day they're not.
Adrenal insufficiency is the 'end stage' of adrenal fatigue.
Adrenal insufficiency is different to Addison's. Addison's is not the physical damage of the glands...it's an auto-immune condition. Please don't try to clarify anything on AF, AI, or Addison's until you learn the difference between the states and how they occur as you are only highlighting your ignorance and lack of knowledge on the subject.
What the medical establishment, and yourself are picking bones with, is the term used to name such an insiduous, ever-changing and degrading condition of the adrenal glands.
Adrenal fatigue is not purely high cortisol - i'm not sure where you get that idea from. High cortisol is the preliminary stages of the adrenal glands being over-worked, and in itself can last years - the glands compensate for the stress factor (whatever that may be) by over-producing cortisol. Cortisol is the body's primary anti-inflammatory chemical, and will halt all production of other hormones, chemicals in favour of producing cortisol.
Studies show adrenal glands enlarge, over-producing cortisol over prolonged periods of 'stress', and then begin to atrophy when that 'system' of stress response completely fatigues....which is a low cortisol state leading to AI if not treated.
Even having high cortisol is debilitating enough, yet it feels like a false state of vigour, wired but tired as Dr Lam puts it. It's easy to miss that there is a problem...especially for personas who are naturally wired in character and are physically active.
The problem Natway is not your perspective on the cause of AF...malnutrition. It is the fact that you are spamming the entire forum of curezone with this notion, no matter the ailment!!
Malnutrition crusader desperately trying to convince everyone that malnutrition ails them - even when you are told by posters that they have enough calories, they have assessed their diet, you STILL persist to forward you calorie app and tell them to make sure, and to get high carbs.
That's the problem i have personally - your spamming of the site in endless posts about malnutrition.
As i've said before - which you don't ever answer....ask the mods for your own forum 'Ask Natway about Malnutrition'...keep it all in one place instead of spamming every forum with your crusade, aswell as saying these ailments the forums are designed to help, don't exist.
What a guy you are..kicking sick people down!
I have nothing more to say to you on this forum, i'm not here for playground bickering.
I hope you do get healthier as this behaviour is not good for you or other people.
