So supplementing directly with Ca is not a wise idea. My vitD blood test showed very low levels. I supplemented for several weeks alone until I found out about need for vitK2 while taking D3. So that the Ca should go to the right place. But I couldn't find K2 or it's very expensive.

Do you know anything about salt disturbing the calcium level ?
