That's what Rick explained to me also. I'm not currently on TEI but hoping to in the near future.
Rick thinks all the calcium and D3 is probably causing my reactive hypoglycemia to get worse. And believes there should be more magnesium for people with insulin issues. Too much calcium can also be an issue with thyroid- as it can disrupt thyroid function - which is double trouble when one has thyroid issues already. So ultimately, all that calcium and D3 can put more stress on adrenals.
I'm due for another hair analysis soon - should be interesting to see what, if anything, all that Paramin and Limcomin has had on my adrenals.
