As a condiment and in cooking, use it to make your own ketchup and mustard and add when cooking meats or reduce with some honey as a sauce or whatever..

I had to go to the MSDS to find out if the Vinegar I used was made from Malted Ale. It stated in that what the source of the acid was and that it was a conversion from malted alcohol..
You may need to muscle test, remember Malts in the US had real malt in them until someone come up with malted powder to make it more convenient and of course remove those darn brain cleansing enzymes..
