Yes it`s true, the old sauna with old school stove is what feel better when in and also after, i wish i had that kind sauna.


I have also lightair IonFlow ionisator , it makes those negative ions to air,cleans air..


If someone is living next to sea you get negative ions more by breathing air than in inland, also in up mountains there is more negative ions and also in forest...


Actually now, after about 5 hours when i take 3000mg of l-carsonine and was in sauna i feel litle better, and taked today just 12.5 iodine... i wonder does this mean that i have mercury problem still and carsonine helped ...or is it becouse i only taked that 12.5mg....i really hate that mercury stuff, going to now use carsonine from now and see does it keep me in better shape. Difficult to see...


Ok i am going see if i can get p.chloride from here, if not i can order it from ebay. Did not know about lemons..good source of natural vitamin c also.
