I'm just using fasting as a tool to get the weight off, once its off then i fully expect a 1 day a week fast to balance the weekly calorie count.
This method is fully medically backed so I don't have any worries at all. I'm not sure If links are allowed here but just look on Amazon for a book called 'The Fast Diet' its number 1 best seller and written by an English doctor. good enough for me.
Not sure I agree with all the poisons in the body stuff, I respect your view but not sure if I believe in all that myself.
