I'm a carnivore and will be breaking my fast with a bacon sandwich (keep dreaming of it!) so any birdseed is out I'm afraid.
I think the 4/3 is quite ok, there is a topselling book on Amazon which is the 5/2 so basically exactly what I'm doing. I'm just going to add an extra day until I reach my goal weight. I totally understand I can't pigout every day of course.
I'm well into day 4 now and have to say I'm feeling really good, no hunger pans just the usual dragon breath. Been quite an active day as well so fingers crossed for a good weigh in tomorrow morning.
