'A 21 day Water Fast to kick things off followed by the 4/3 plan where you eat whatever you want for 4 days a week and Water Fast for the other 3'. Hurrah!??

U can't be serious about about this plan!! Just a question.. any ideas about Wisdom of a Water Fast (or any liquid fast) at all? Loosing weight? And then pig out on everything possible 4 times a week and then fast again? Do u really think ur body will allow u to keep going with all that in a long run??.. Do u really think u will be in a perfect shape (with no basic excercises)? I think u need to Think again.

First of all let me tell u about RE-feeding time after long (or any fasts) which should be EQUAL to the amount of days u are on fast (!).

Then have u heard about Jon Gabriel who gained gradually but surely LOADS of weight (he became eventually 400 pounds) coz he tried every single diet Known! And eventually even restrictions in callories did not bring results at all but gaining weight instead.

Type in a search program 'Jon Gabriel before and after pictures' and see how he looked and how he looks now.

He lost all his weight for 2 and a half years WITHOUT ANY DIETING but eating good and healthy good and loads of raw!.. also spirulina, chlorella, chia seeds, aloe vera, bee polen and other Mother Nature wonders which will help u too to NURISH ur body... The person cant loose weight and his body resisting coz it is Natural body surviving mechanism. Initially body srores toxins in a blood stream and then when it is not able to keep them all there it strats keeping them in a fat which is the safest place for the body... and when a person strats loosing weight by dieting or through gym the body start resisiting and through loosing weight toxins become dangerous for the health of that person coz they are loosing its 'fatty surounding' which kept them quite safe. So in order to loose weight HEALTHILY and without body resistense u do need to DETOX ur body by eating good Mother Nature foods and be even veg if poss... if not then buy meet which was grass fed and no hormons and Antibiotics added to it. Ya, may be Water Fasting is a good kick start of ur new healthy life but I am telling u, and MARK MY WORDS, if u gonna eat CRAP after ur fast (and hope at least u wil be wise enough to RE-feed urself for the EQUAL amount of ways after (closer to the end of ur fast ask ppl here of how to refeed or even ask now! I will send u a link later here about Water Fasting itself). So if u gonna eat crap for 4 days and then fast again - NAH u will be the same weight if not more and I am TELLING u u will damage ur health even more!Wonna prove me and the whole world that u are right and we are wrong - TRY.But no regrets after. ;)
