In my country, one of Europe's it works like this,(
and I'll try to get to the realll point,
(or for as far as I can grasp it)
one may be temporarily or permanently disabled to work.
The temporarily disabled, are discouraged to apply
for jobs for the simple FACT that once they take on
a job,and they have a relapse in their health condition,
they have to go through the WHOLE ENDLESS PROCESS
OF RED TAPE again,to get into Health inability insurance
There are plenty people in my country who would want to work,
at least partially, but dare not for fear( of losing a government-
allowens that covers at least their basic needs,house-rent,electricity
etc.) of being evicted out of their homes.
It is (in my h opinion )inherent in people to trust(waning, now
extinct) the
Governments in such matters(we know by now they are liars
(or going with the flow)(Endtimes)It has gotten TOO complicated
