I don't know what to do about retracing. A big old trauma came up last night - I felt "not comfortable in my own skin" and like I wanted to jump out of my body.
But I am better today and will work a little and do some soothing things today -
I am now off Megapan, endodren and Limcomin b/c that is the protocol for 7-10 days before my period (and a bit after) - to stop them and replace with endo-pan (zinc) and b6, so I will try that.
I will continue GB3, selenium, renamide, fish oil, and paramin - not sure if I should still be taking Kelp or break.
