Just an update - I slept a lot yesterday I was worried about sleeping last night, but I did - had to go to bed late b/c I had a lot to catch up on but slept well again and wanted to stay in bed this morning, but didn't.
I'm surprised.
I feel better today - human again.
I guess I will return to now just 1 kelp a day (2 had been fine).
I still haven't lost any weight which is a little frustrating.
