He knows I don't have money so he's not pushing the saunas on me. Just recommended i build my own cheaply. Not sure I'll even be able to get that done.

Not a big fan of enemas either. I know you have to be careful with them, as they can further trash the adrenals. And there's some controversy as to whether they are actually detoxing or are simply causing a laxative effect on the bowels. But I'll give it a go anway(water only) but won't rely or push it with the enemas. Not sure I need it that much either as I have around 2-3 bowel movements per day as is.

Beside I think in my particular case, focusing on detox is going to be mainly focusing on making sure i take enough liquids, assisting my already excited bowel movements via increase in prebiotic consumption(rice bran, oat bran, slippery elm) and sweating etc. Infrared would be nice as i can see myself sitting down and relaxing in it, which i think that in itself is very therapeutic but like i said not sure i'll ever get round to getting one of them made.

Interesting, you mention the sbf, I know Dr Wilson also says to delay it till out of 4 lows. But will order it if i get to the depressed stage. Thanks for that tip!! Can't imagine feeling depressed on top of the way I'm currently feeling - a bit edgey and brain fogged from the Limcomin and Paramin.

So, have you changed practitioners? I only know of the two practitioners in oz. Not sure if there are others. You might have gone overseas for another one which is what i though of doing, but wasn't sure about shipping costs for supplements to oz. Maybe I'll email you about it instead, in case i've incidentally hijacked this post.
