Re: Kelp

Think it's best to just cut back on Kelp for the moment and let body catch up with detox. If you try to increase detox instead, you will probably find that you will further strain adrenals.

This is pretty much what happened to me, and it resulted in Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and Hashimotos. So be gentle and accept that it's ok to cut back and resume again slowly. At least you got an idea of where your body is at this stage. Better than the alternative - weakening the adrenals even further.

Just so you don't feel alone, at this moment as I am typing away here, I'm feeling quite edgy (believe it's the Limcomin from what i've read in this forum) and at the same time feeling very disoriented fatigued and foggier(if that's even possible), I assume this zombie like feeling is the Paramin. Anyway, the result is that I am feeling like I want to jump up and yell something obscene but too tired and confused as to how to do that..lol. No stepping out of the house for me!

I'm sure i'll want to cry in the next week or so. Seems like the supplements take you through a real roller coaster. Just hoping, that I can ride the tide, before having to cut back on anything just yet. I'm after all early days. Fingers crossed.
